RETURNS AND WARRANTY
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. In these cases, lajoyaunica.com will refund the full amount of the purchased product(s) and its shipping costs as soon as the goods are received or when the consumer provides proof of their return (such as a receipt from the transport company), whichever occurs first.
